2023 Foodbank collection

Leeds South and East foodbank are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.

Now, more than ever, hunger is plaguing the country. At Banana Moon Rothwell, throughout October and November, we will be collecting food, toiletries, and essentials to deliver to the local foodbank in time for Christmas.

A box will be situated in the main entrance for donations to be made and a list of the current “urgently needed” items can be seen below. All donations are gratefully received.

Our 2022 collection was a huge success and we aim to make this years collection bigger and better than ever!
